MUNGO — "MUN For All In One Go" — is the AI-driven platform for the whole conference. Organizers coordinate every committee, academic teams run debate with an AI co-pilot, and delegates collaborate in real time, all in English and Chinese.
Running a Model UN conference usually means stitching together spreadsheets, email chains, chat groups and a pile of documents. MUNGO replaces that with a single, purpose-built platform — from the first invitation to the closing gavel.
Organizers create a conference, invite committees and academic teams, and watch every room in real time. The academic team — Dais Heads (DH) and Dais Members (DM) — runs roll call, the speakers list, caucuses, motions and voting, with a live timeline that becomes the closing report. Delegates join with a code, submit their documents, message anyone in the venue, and get AI feedback on their own work.
The AI is fully managed: MUNGO hosts and tunes the models — DeepSeek-V4-Flash by default — encrypts every key, bills only for what you use, and never stores your prompts. There is nothing for your academic team to configure and nothing to overspend by accident.
